Klick looked into the dark entrance of Misty Cavern with a nervous look. "If I fail this I will have no guild to go to. After I worked up the courage to come here...I can not fail now." Klick creeped into the dark cave trying not to make much sound as it was in his best intention to leave the dungeon unscathed. He managed to be successful until he stubbed his toe on a rock "OW! STUPID ROCK!" he screamed then suddenly fell silent and stood still not wanting to attract any more attention.

It was relatively impossible not to make any sound in this cave; each footstep in the solid ground and its copious water-logged soil and puddles made infiltration non-existant unless one was able to fly or levitate, and even then flying was impossible due to the amount of pressure in its atmosphere. Regardless, as Klick began to advance through the surroundings it started to become slightly darker despite the amount of sunlight protruding from the holes along the roof of the cavern.
As the Eevee stepped closer and closer within the maw of mist, the attention of his little "accident" wasn't responded to for a brief moment. As the last of the echoes of his voice began to fade, everything began to become tranquil. However, was seemed to be like ooze or slime began to drip from the cieling of the cave all over the Eevee, looking up would reveal two Shellos; one pink and one blue. Both of them hung looking above the discerning Pokemon, using their Sludge attack from above to drench Klick in poison.

The second Klick felt the first drip of sludge he rolled over in the water then when he sprang up he noticed the two Shellos. Regretting his earlier "accident" he was set on taking the two out quick as possible. He kicked up his hind legs using sand attack (I know it's water but it works on any terrain on the games also he should be able to kick up mud) hoping to blind the two so he could preform his next attack without a hitch.

Perhaps it was planned or perhaps it was out of unwitting luck; the little amount of sludge was capable of inflicting a bad poison status upon the unbeknowing Eeevee, but because he was able to soak away, dilute even, the poison as it began to drip into its fur by rolling through the water, Klink was able to avoid the powerful toxic effects of the attack. As he kicked up the sand, however, the Shellos merely dropped onto the cavern floor to avoid the Sand Attack. Moreso, the amount of sludge began to contaminate the water in the area itself; kicking up any more of the dirt for Sand Attack, or even prolongued standing in a patch of soil could inflict the poison status. Klink had to remain on the move.
Both Shellos were not the talkative type; both of them stared down Klink with insatiable hunger. One of the Shellos used Mud-Slap to kick up poisoned dirt unto Eevee, while the other attempted to blast Klink with a powerful Water Pulse attack. A powerful double combo, it hand the chance to inflict either poisoned status, reduced accuracy or confusion, and in the worst case all three.

Upon the Shellos dropping down he took a step back, cautious of their poisonous moves. He squinted "Is that a-" he was quickly sent back by the Water Pulse, just barely getting him out of range of the Mud Slap but the blast from the Water Pulse was so powerful he fell backwards and hit his head giving him confusion. The Eevee knew he would have to suck it up and hope he wasn't that badly bruised on the head. He charged towards the closest Shello using a tackle that was enhanced with speed.

Klick was far too confused to do much of anything at the moment. As the little Eevee raced towards both Shellos he ended up tripping over its own front paws and planting its face roughly in the dirt below him, hurting himself as he tumbled over forwards with the one roll, leaving both Shellos to tackle him in retaliation and in unision, causing the little pokemon to hurl backwards and up against the solid, stone wall of the cavern behind him.
Unfortunately, because Klink ended up faceplanting the ground he ended up getting a birt of dirt in his mouth which, of course, was poisoned prior to his attempt at an attack against the two slug Pokemon. Now poisoned, but not as badly as Sludge would of done so if it was a direct hit, it was now a race against the clock to see if Klick could defeat the Pokemon, find the item, and get out safely. Of course, if he were to escape prematurely, it would mean failure of the trial.

Klick spit out the dirt and he just laid there helpless. "No...why? Why can't I ever...EVER get a break." he thought as tears rolled down from his two eyes. He started to take damage from just sitting there and he struggled up still confused. He let out a large roar and ran towards on of the Shellos again but before he got close enough he jumped in mid-air and started to fall towards the Shellos hoping the attack would be enough to faint the it.
