Seeker actively accepts applicants from any area of the world, regardless of type, power, level, etc.
However, the applicant has to then say which area they wish to enter, and which of the three roles they wish to take -
Rescue Team: These operatives work in teams to rescue and protect the innocent from criminal assaults. As such, they are tested with a simple run through a dungeon, rescuing a 'civilian' from the wild Pokemon, including the occasional full member as a 'boss', before extracting the civilian.
Treasure Hunter: These operatives work either alone or in teams to retrieve items of importance, or to transport items from the city to a specific point, a form of courier service. Again, these operatives are tested before becoming a full agent with a run through a simple dungeon, fighting off wild Pokemon and often a full member as a 'boss' to retrieve an item for the officer running the trial.
Infiltrator: Unique to Seeker, Infiltrators work alone to sneak into criminal groups or other guilds, gather information, and either transmit it back or return it personally to either the guildmaster himself, or to the regional head of operations. The entry test for this involves a week-long infiltration of a small guild, finding a certain piece of information/data, and transporting it back to the examiner, without being caught. Due to these agents being uncommon, and the fact that the guild is a small guild made up of friends of Seeker in a support group, the guildmaster, Hoenn head, or one of the elite infiltrators often supervise from the shadows, so even if the mission is failed, the operative can still be recruited.
